Great location near the Spanish Steps, convenient for visiting the main sites. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a large and powerful shower. The owner, Carol, is friendly and extremely helpful, recommending restaurants and tours.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to a metro station and had nice shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner Carlo was helpful, offering assistance with restaurant reservations and attraction and transportation bookings. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning in the room was a little weak, and the third bed was an air mattress instead of a regular twin bed mattress. Considering the price of the room, it would have been nicer to have a real bed.

Spacious, elegant, well-designed room. Foot-level motion sensor light near bathroom. Abundance of provided necessities. Wonderful location near Spagna, Trevi, and Altare de la Patria. Great dining options nearby. Excellent value compared to other hotels in Rome.

The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, very close to many attractions within walking distance. It is also situated in the Roma shopping district, great for shopping enthusiasts. the hotel is on top of many beautiful churches, providing a unique and picturesque setting.

We had a fantastic stay at the centrally located Frattina27 in Rome. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host, Carlo, was warm and generous, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, great to easily access all the main attractions of Rome. it was a wonderful experience.

I recently had an amazing stay at a charming hotel nestled in the heart of a buzzing shopping district below some famous steps. The attention to detail and overall value for money were impressive. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities provided abundantly. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Within a short walk, I was able to explore iconic attractions and indulge in wonderful dining experiences at nearby restaurants. The staff, particularly Carlo and the lovely cleaner Lourdes, were exceptional, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of excellent. Plus, the breakfast included at a typical local bar across the street added a delightful touch to start my day.

Located right in the center of the city, Frattina27 is surrounded by stunning churches and is just a short walk to St Peter's Square. The manager, Carlo, is incredibly helpful and always ready to provide information and assistance. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated, with modern bathrooms and large showers. Carlo goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and even makes dinner reservations at top local spots. Guests also receive a voucher for a traditional Italian Breakfast at a nearby cafe.

The elevator in the building is currently out of order.
